SynergyFx has three separate, yet complementary boutique fitness studios: Sproing Sport (coed), Pilates and Yoga (coed), and Women's Fitness. But Sproing is probably one you've never heard of. That's because SynergyFx's Sproing Sport studio is only the second of its kind in the country. This co-ed fitness concept integrates high-intensity interval training with low-impact equipment designed to prevent injuries. Unlike a treadmill, the Sproing machine has no moving belt, and features a soft surface upon which people run, jump, and perform various balance exercises. This reduction of impact means Sproing is appropriate for most anyone—athletes, runners recovering from injury, and even older clients dealing with joint pain. And because the exercises are rooted in high-intensity interval training, classes are only 30 minutes long, giving you more time to set your old treadmill on fire.
