A new dining addition to the Sanctuary Hotel, Tender is an upscale contemporary American restaurant. The steak menu features four cuts that range in both size and style, from a petite 8-ounce filet to a formidable 20-ounce porterhouse. Though seafood is a natural complement to steaks, Tender presents that pairing in an unexpected way with curated 10- and 15-piece omakase selections, as well as specialty rolls such as the Pink Panther with king crab and cucumber. Chefs present a few traditional seafood dishes as well, including a scallop risotto that Gotham magazine said was "cooked to a perfect al dente...comfort at its finest."
