Such a great vibe to be in. If you’re someone that wants to experience something crazy or new, then I think this is the place for you to sign up for. I took a class with Emma, super sweet and welcoming, and I absolutely loved her class. I’m such an introvert when it comes to new things, but she definitely made you feel welcomed and included, definitely noooo judgement whatsoever. This was my very first aerial yoga class that I have taken, no experience. Great place to be at despite age, fitness level, or strength. Very easyyy to sign up for classes. Email them, don’t call. :)

This place is amazing! I took Intro to Aerial on Saturday mornings with Nick. The instructors are talented, patient, super helpful, and help you step by step to get where you need to go. The studio is beautiful, great vibes, it’s instantly relaxing and welcoming when you walk in - and so are the people. I can’t recommend it highly enough. :)

Beautiful studio. The intro class with nick this Saturday was a lot more challenging than the other intro classes at other studios I’ve tried, which was great! It was so much fun. 1.5 hour classes, some fundamentals, lots of different poses. That class in particular was pretty fast pace because students were generally younger and could handle it. He slows it down for other classes if needed.

It was my first time trying Aerial Silks and it was amazing! I had so much fun! Amber did such a great job showing us different moves and individualized the move to meet each persons level. I felt safe and did not feel pressured to do anything I was not comfortable with. Their priority is your safety. The gym is pretty spacious and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I can’t wait to go again!

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are located in a beautiful warehouse in the El Sereno neighborhood of Los Angeles. We strive to help those who are new to aerial discover a fun passion or, at the very least, have a great time working out.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We help our students see tangible progress points and coach them in ways to gain strength and reach new goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are aerialists who are very passoinate about what we do!
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to fly, dance and workout all at the same time.
