Amazing shop. Juan took care of us and changed out all the rotors and pads. The car does not shake anymore while breaking. Also, has another issue with the car and diagnosis was given to us at no extra charge. Will be back for sure for our car needs. Not to mention very affordable.
Really great people and a cool place that will let you work on your car in their garage! I actually got the rear and front brake pads replaced and the guys talked me through an issue I had with my front fender lining so I got that fixed there as well. Reasonable price and excellent service! Will definitely be going back to do my own oil change there!
I had to go back the next day after getting my brake pads replaced because my car was still squeaking. Please note, there were not really any Covid precautions in place. The people I handed my keys too and the office I was in didn't have masks on, etc. They got the job done though and I saved $ through group-on.
This place has been a god send. They did my front and back brakes and have a great warranty. I didn’t know how I would be able to afford new brakes with not working but their Groupon for the front and rear brake replacement really helped! The owner is super friendly and honest with what you need. If you want to go somewhere for work, come here!
I would definitely recommend The Austin DIY. They were extremely professional and started fixing my car right away. I really appreciate them so much. He helped me save money and explained everything they were doing. Thank you so much i definitely would recommend anyone to go here.
This business is one of a kind in my book. Mark the owner is on top of everything from the minute you get there; your car, parts coming in, your comfort with offers of beverages while you wait... it’s a garage with mechanics OR you can rent bays, lifts, tools for DIY jobs. My car was first in; front and rear brake pad replacements... took 3 hrs. Excellent job. I totally recommend AUSTIN AUTO DIY
The office manager/owner was amazing. Easy to work with and kind. I took two stars off for how long the service took, I was told about 45 minutes after they made sure I o my needed brakes and it took 1.5 hours. If you have the extra time I’d recommend them, if you’re in a rush I would come another time or go elsewhere
Mark and his team at Austin DIY were great! Took care of our Volvo's breaks and an oil change. Total cost was less than expected.
