The On-Ramp CrossFit classes introduce clients to beginning CrossFit training, specifically CrossFit's nine essential movements. By the end of the program, students come away with dramatic shifts in their body composition and recipes to sustain their fitness transformation. See the class calendar here. The optional preliminary fitness evaluation informs later workouts by reviewing the client's medical history and fitness goals, as well as creating a nutritional plan and demonstrating the proper technique for exercises. Clients wishing to continue onto CrossFit classes must complete an evaluation and purchase an annual membership.
