I have been twice and enjoyed my time with my son and daughter on separate visits. I enjoyed the gardens, trails, building and views. Not all of the trails are stroller accessable. Staff that I did meet on my first visit were friendly. I recommend a visit, especially if you enjoy the Fall foliage.

The Fells Historic Estate & Gardens are beautiful. They really take care of the property and gardens. We also walked over to the pavilion and couldn't believe that we didn't see one cob web or spider web. It is a good size and would be perfect for a wedding, reunion, or party. We will definitely recommend The Fells to others. ☺️

It was everything that I read about! We went in a day that was 80 and dry. Walked the trails, enjoyed the tour and had a special treat since it was Hay Day! We will be going back!!! People were beyond kind and all so happy! A perfect blend of culture, history, architecture, horticulture and physical fitness. Just lovely!!

Beautiful place to visit. Easy to use Groupon, just gave the attendant the voucher number and we were on our way.

I was impressed by the detail and articulate description of The Fells and its inhabitants by our docent David. The architecture and its grounds are harmonious. David’s explanation of paintings, photographs and documents of the Hay family really brought the family to life for me and actually gave me goosebumps several times!

Lovely staff- ticket taker very accepting of Groupon; house tour expert let us join on existing group and even redid what we had missed with enthusiasm; gardeners willing to answer questions, too. Beautiful gardens with sculptures; fascinating decor in house; displayed art was captivating as well. Even with the drizzly day, we enjoyed the trails and the plant sale, too. Wrapped up our day excursion with lunch back at The Landing.
