The Fitness Loft whips clients into shape with no-excuses boot-camp classes and a supportive gym community. Cynthia Conde, lead trainer on VH1’s Bridal Bootcamp, adopted the Bootcamp Basics program from the U.S. Marine Corps. Participants can drop fat and build muscle as they bound along the realistic indoor obstacle course featuring a tire scaling wall, rope climbing, and monkey bars. After five sessions, you’ll begin to build up core strength, endurance, and confidence, and learn the basics of bench-pressing park benches. Classes run Monday through Friday every hour from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The sprawling Fitness Loft—teems with activity, from professional circus aerialist tumbling on free-flowing silks affixed to the towering ceiling during aerial-silk classes. Beneath the mélange of dangling gymnastic rings and resistance straps, students work with the expert instructors to figure out the right routines for their goals and fitness levels. They can work specific muscle groups on the cardio and strength-training machines, or swing Russian-style kettlebells. They can also participate in Interval training bootcamps, personal training, barre classes, small group classes.
