What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Laureli began her career as a molecular biologist and eventually realized her deepest passion was people. She discovered ThriveTypes and used this awareness to completely change her career direction and to choose aligned business and romantic partners. She's passionate about sharing ThriveTypes with others – so everyone thrives.

What do you love most about your job?

Laureli is at her core a connectress – connecting knowledge of people into a useful map, individuals with their purpose and genius, teammates and partners, all at deeper levels of understanding and authenticity.
