Macon Tiger Rock's experienced instructors––who are dedicated members of the International TaeKwonDo Alliance––guide intrepid pupils through character-building calisthenics in a variety of martial arts and aerobic classes. Yoga instruction interweaves Vinyasa techniques with the YogaFit teaching system to create a workout that improves flexibility, strength, and balance with sit-ups, pushups, and squats. Under the tutelage of Tiger Rock's martial artists, tae kwon do-ers practice disciplined self-defense skills and the action-inclined confidence to challenge the Lincoln Memorial to a duel. Tae kwon do classes are organized into groups by age that include tiger cub (ages 3–5), junior (ages 6–12), and adult (ages 13 and older). Or, gain the ability to dropkick chandeliers during cardio-kickboxing classes, which trounce calories with an arsenal of athletically calculated aerial punts.
