I loved the fact that when I got to my apt. I was greeted inmediately and fill out my papers with no waste of time. The whole experienced was great the laser technician explained everything in detailed and examined my legs very carefully. I would recommend this place for sure.

Every time I go the Laser Technician has this weird energy. She doesn't greet you, doesn't smile, and kind of a smart alec. She looks at me like "WTH are you doing here?" I think this has to do with past experiences with others of my race. I say that because for the life of me I don't get it. And my session is always less than 2 minutes. I guess it doesn't take long but yesterday I left and I still had to run and buy tweezer because she missed a big spot on the chin. I do like that I can walk in and be seen. That's one plus with this place. Yesterday I asked her was she ready because she was making eye contact with me, and she said "I didn't call you yet" or something like that. Once the male got snippy with me over a simple question, but yesterday he was way more pleasant. I see that this place is popular, but working with the public and their body...you gotta be more pleasant with people. Especially if they have not given you a reason not to be...

Prompt, friendly service, clean environment, my many questions were answered. Loved my results!!! Barley any hair grew back on my first treatment. My next appointment I will do it on my lunch break because that is how prompt the service was.
