  • 30-minute classes are 7-minutes of cardio/warm-up exercises, four rounds on the bag, and 7-minutes of core work.
  • 60-minute classes consist of 15-minutes of cardio/warm-up exercises, followed by 30-minutes of heavy bag work, and finishing up with 15-minutes of core work. These total body workouts can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour.
  • 75-minute classes have 15-minute warm-ups, 12 rounds on the heavy bag, and 15-minutes of core.

TITLE Boxing Club

A joint venture between a professional boxer and a team of successful kickboxing-equipment tycoons, TITLE Boxing Club maintains a network of dozens of studios spread across 32 different states, winning over a devoted clientele with its invigorating and engaging boxing- and kickboxing-themed classes. Each workout uses the heart-healthy exercise of cardio training. Participants build lithe, strong muscle tissue by delivering powerful blows to punching bags, and build flexibility and agility by practicing roundhouse kicks and hooks. Students can build their core strength and endurance with medicine balls and burpees, enlist a qualified personal trainer to practice their newfound skills in the ring, or just torch calories during intense full-body workouts.

I liked all of the instructors. They're super helpful and help you learn to wrap your hands. You will sweat A LOT so make sure you bring your water! Take it at your pace and you'll feel yourself getting better at the classes each time.
