I thought that my bike could use more work than just the tune up (it's 14 years old and has never had a tune up before), so I started asking the Trek employee questions when I dropped it off. He spent probably 30 minutes going over different things that he would consider fixing and we talked about the actual price of the bike and what fixes would be worth it. I ended up just getting the tune up that I paid for with the groupon and replacing some gear cables. Didn't cost much and the bike rides SO much better. I really appreciated the honest and thorough advice... Great customer service.
