Alanna gave me a tour of all the therapeutic modes they offer here. I returned to do a series of Cryotherapy. Aaron the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt at ease with his instructions about the Cryotherapy room. This has been helpful with some inflammation and scar and nerve healing from my bilateral hip replacements.

What a neat place! The staff was great and since it was my first visit I tried the cryotherapy room, localized cryo on a muscle strain in my leg, and the infrared sauna. I left feeling energized and feeling amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

An explosion of ice-cold air is a welcome affair at US Cryotherapy. The super-cooling technology is used to ease pain, relieve stress, reduce inflammation, and even create a rush of endorphins. But unlike other cryotherapy establishments, US Cryotherapy doesn't rely on sauna-style machines that leave the head and shoulders exposed. The staff believes that not only don't they cool the skin as well, but that they create little cellular activation. Instead, they rely on chamber machines, where clients can walk all the way inside for intense and uniform cooling power. Rounding out their services, US Cryotherapy has treatments available for those needing more specific treatments, too. Their localized machines use blasts of air that can reach up to -40° Fahrenheit for 30- to 60-second sessions that are ideal for sprained ankles and achey elbows.
