I am enjoying the basic classes. They are challenging me as a senior returning to regular exercise. The Union City studio is immaculate & parking is easy.
Jennifer was super helpful in the process of redeeming my groupon and instructions. I also asked a few questions before being added to a class and she responded promptly. I attended a beginners class and the instruction Symone was GREAT. Very welcoming and helpful as well as someone new to this. I've already signed up for the next few classes and i'm looking forward to them!
