Participants in the six-hour drop-off excursion will climb on board at Burma Landing, an hour and a half from Anchorage ($5 Burma Landing parking fee not included in this Groupon), and relocate to a clandestine casting location on the Little Susitna, a shallow and slow-moving river replete with wildlife and swimming with hook-hungry salmon and trout. Fishers can bring their own gear, or for a $50 returnable deposit (not included in this Groupon), Valley River Charters will outfit each outdoorsman with the necessary equipment.
