Q&A with Andy, Owner
When and how did you first develop a passion for your work?
I grew up around the lake and started wakeboarding when I was 15. It only took one time on the board before I was hooked. Wakeboarding provides a sense of freedom and excitement that you don't get with many other sports.
What special training do you or your staff have?
We pride ourselves on having fun while maintaining a safe learning environment. Each of our instructors grew up around the lake and have been participating in water sports for the majority of our lives. This extensive experience has also made us very aware of the hazards surrounding activities on the lake and how to avoid them. We are each Red Cross CPR and Georgia Boater Safety Certified to ensure the utmost safety for our campers.
What is the experience customers can expect, and how do you make it special?
We want our customers to learn and progress their wakeboarding skills as well as their personal values and qualities. Our instructors strive toward that goal by providing an experience that nurtures a strong mind set [and] by ensuring our camp is fun yet challenging for everyone.
“What fun! Challenging but a different and fun experience.”
