Wild Ginger's chefs draw their recipes and inspirations from across Asia. The noodles section of their menu features an equal number of Thai and Japanese dishes, while the chef's specials heavily favor recipes from around China. The restaurant's bread and butter, though, is raw fish and rice; chefs devote the bulk of their menu to a large selection of sushi rolls. The 15 special rolls on the menu include the restaurant's signature dish, the Wild Ginger roll. Within the grasp of its rice and nori wrapping resides soft-shell crab and cream cheese, while atop the roll one finds spicy tuna, jalapeño, and a drizzle of savory eel sauce.
