Nicole was incredible. I had my first appointment and she was very thorough. She explained what the sessions would be like. At that point, I didn't have any experience with laser hair removal. She was friendly, and spoke through the session to make it easier to get through. You do feel some pinch but it's really not bad. I look forward to the next session.
