Friendly and professional staff. The clinic is super clean. Both times I've been there was virtually no wait. My session started maybe ~2min after I checked in, and I was early to my appointment. I also love how they allow self rescheduling online. It is so much more efficient than calling or texting. They use cynosure elite iq, and the pain level is very low compared to older models.
