I read the reviews about this place and yes, I can see where people would have issues, however you're buying a Groupon, at a highly discounted price, stop being cheap and tip your person properly. My friend and I arrived at 7:45pm, and my appointment wasn't until 8:30, they still took us immediately. I booked a 60 minute couples massage. The massage was good, not super great, but good enough. Afterwards, we each tipped $20. Where can you find a couples massage in NY for $59?? Again, don't be cheap and tip properly. Yes, you're going to hear other people, your massage person might be talking to another massage person, there is some of a language barrier, but figure it out, get your translating app and tell them what you want.
