Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming , I was a bit anxious as I’m in a lot of pain , the therapist was calming , she explained everything before she started , the offices were clean and orderly , I had some discomfort afterwards but the next day I felt better , she gave me instructions on how to stretch and relax , I look forward to my next appointment
