Great stop for the night We have been traveling for two weeks. Stayed at a lot of hotels. This bed was the best! Sheets very soft, bed firm but not hard. Best night sleep of the trip. The coffee was good, breakfast had a great selection of food. It’s also next to a Green Turtle, we were able to walk over to it for dinner. Love being able to walk after being in a car all day.

Perfect stay This was a perfect stay and a great end to a wonderful vacation. We were upgraded to a super room and it made a good stay into a great one. The room was clean and the hotel staff were awesome. This is a gem in the IHG franchise.

Quick Overnight We were driving through on our way to NY and arrived at this hotel at about 9 pm. They should let patrons know that it may be noisy because the banquet room stays open until 11 pm. When we arrived there were people everywhere outside the hotel drinking and smoking. Inside was packed with kids running up and down the hallways and adults lounging in the breakfast area (all maskless). While each area may have its own mask policies, it seems wise to mandate one at a hotel where there are travelers from all over the world. I requested an accessible room and was quite surprised at what I got (see photos). Thankfully I requested this room because our original room was apparently right next to the banquet room! As for my "accessible" room, one whole side of the bed was blocked with furniture and there was barely enough room for my knee cart to fit on the other side (between the two beds). Even though I turned off the thermostat completely, it continued to blow cold air. So I had to get dressed with freezing air blowing on me. The blinds used a button to open and close but there were no instructions indicating this so we had to call the front desk to ask how to close the blinds. The button kept coming off the wall so closing and opening the blinds was a 5-minute process. The bathroom was large which was nice, but there was no seat in the shower and they said they didn't have one I could use (thankfully I brought my own). The controls to turn on the shower were on the same wall as the toilet and there wasn't enough room between the toilet and the shower to get in to turn it on (using my knee cart). I had to lean way over my cart and stretch to turn on the water. I don't know what someone in a wheelchair would do. I'm guessing they are understaffed because the same woman who checked us in at 9 pm was still there at 10 am when we checked out. The breakfast and coffee were good, but that's about it with this hotel.

Nice Stay We just wanted to get away for a few days. The hotel was perfect for us. I did laps in the pool each morning. Loved the pool. We traveled short distances to Susquehanna Park and walked the rails a bit along the river. Drove to the dam. Saw the lighthouse and walked the path on the water. Dined in Havre de Grace for lunch. Loved the Tidewater Grille outside on the river. Two restaurants just outside the hotel entrance. The Green Turtle was mediocre. We preferred The Olive Tree. The hotel was perfect for this getaway. Staff was friendly. Our room and the pool were clean. Coffee was very good. Breakfast did the trick. Overall, we would return. I might add we were here Tues/Thursday and there were no baseball families. It is a perfect hotel for teams and families.

Convenient My friend and I were searching for a hotel central to Havre de Grace, Conowingo Dam, and some other places we were interested in visiting. We found it! The location of this particular hotel was excellent, right off the highway. The room was very comfortable and clean. The price was a little higher than I would have expected for an Express property, but it was a summer weekend, prime tourist season. The only downside to this hotel was that there seemed to be multiple boys' baseball (?) teams also staying there, and there was running and screaming in the hallways. It did settle down after 11 pm
