HORRIBLE RATCHET EMPLOYEES I want everyone to know my experience in this hotel. First, when you walk in to check in, you feel the rude face and filthyness from the front office the way they receive, and even treat customers. I booked my stay through priceline, and traveling with my SERVICE DOG. Upon trying to check in, and communicated about my service dog, the IDIOT and no class employee says that 100 dollars was to be charged for my pet, when I complained about the high value of the deposit, the clerk literally said, "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE." I said to myself this IDIOT needs an education. For those who read reviews, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS RATCHET HOTEL.

You get what you pay for and we were content. If there is one thing I've learnt, its that people like to complain. People expect to pay 2 star hotel prices and receive 5 star prices. I was worried upon seeing the reviews for this hotel. The quality of the room and amenities offered were in line with the expectations of a 2 star hotel, or maybe even a little bit more. This place is clean, has a clean bed, and newer amenities. Parking was good, and the location was very convenient to many restaurants, grocery stores, and the 95. We'd definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever! Made a mistake booking and paying on line. Tired from an all day drive. Walked into the reception and stinks of pot. The gentleman greets me not even a smile. I take the key and go to the room. Parking lot and in front of my room all garbage and dirty towels all over. Open the door and a smell so bad, I almost had a seizure… never mind, I’m tir d and will deal with it for 1 night. The sheets have holes in them, can’t trust the cleanliness that I’m about to sleep on. Took out my cologne and started to spray in the air with hope to kill the smell. Now, I’m sitting in the bed - no electricity for the last 2 hours. All is lit outside, everywhere. The hotel won’t answer the phone. If I leave, I can’t get back in the room, doors are opened with electrical reader… Wow, sleeping in the street or in the car would be a more pleasant experience. And I paid $96 for this wonderful experience. Joe

Would Stay Here Again My dog and I stayed three nights. This is just a basic hotel - no frills. The room was very clean. I had confirmed and pre-paid for a non-smoking king bed. The first room assignment sort of smelled of something, so I went back and spoke to manager. He apologized, quickly changed my room, making sure I was happy with it. The hotel room had an exterior door and parking right in front of it with a handicap ramp - very convenient. Not needed but nice. The room had a dresser, two end tables, a desk/swivel chair, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was spacious. No hairdryer. The bed linens were very soft and clean. Walls were a bit thin, but it didn’t bother me. The location is right off I-95 and restaurants, drug store and grocery stores were very close. Being a former local, I would highly recommend a Mexican restaurant, La Toltecca, next door, and The Olive Tree, an Italian favorite restaurant. I intend to stay here again to visit my family in the area and the price can’t be beat. This place does not charge for pets and all room are pet-friendly. Thumbs up! __
