Now called OYO - Expedia killed our "honeymoon" Considering that the hotel was way overbooked BY EXPEDIA, and the owner and staff were bombarded by angry travelers who found themselves without a room, they still remained GRACIOUS and service oriented, trying to help us ALL find rooms in the area, or help us deal with Expedia. This seems to be a newly renovated property, but still NICE for an economy line facility. Definitely call your property and confirm they received your reservation and can guarantee your room is available. It was 100% on Expedia. The rep lied to my face after the first hotel failed to hold a wheelchair accessible room on our PAID reservation 30 miles away in Rome, Georgia, by saying he spoke to this property and was able to confirm our handicapped room was being held for us. And .... LIED LIED LIED. Their phone lines were cut a couple days prior due to road construction and they had no phone service. The owner was legit upset with Expedia but super genuinely kind to all who came in. I still recommend this property even if they didn't have a room for us...

DON’T STAY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! If I could give them 0 stars I would! BRING YR OWN SHEETS! There are gross stains on bedding & couch. Rips in shower curtain. Dark & dirty looking! The pictures provided by the website are not what the rooms look like! Just a dump! I read the reviews after our stay and any good review has to either be fake or from a former owner. No ice either and no breakfast, not that I’d ever eat at such a dirty place, but you should know.

Horrible, horrible experience, during and afterward. Horrible, horrible experience, during and afterward. My teenaged son was on his solo first road trip from Florida to Illinois, where he attends college. I booked a room online at the OYO Hotel Adairsville at 11:20 pm on 1/3/20, when he was 25 minutes away from the hotel. I wanted to confirm someone would be there to check him in, but when I called the hotel directly, the phone lines at the hotel don't work...(first warning sign!)...all you get is a busy signal. (Over the next two weeks after his booking, I tried to call them...as did Hotels.com...as did even the OYO main branch(!)...and nobody, even OYO itself, was EVER able to get through to the hotel. Fortunately, when my son got there at 11:45 pm, he was able to check in. But that's where "fortunately" ends. After my son checked in to his "premium room" with "quality assurance" at 11:50 pm, he went to his room. It was infested with flies and mosquitoes...he killed 15 of them in 10 minutes and that only made a small dent. He went to the bathroom and said there were what appeared to be bloodstains in the bathroom shower. The door to the room next to his was wide open...he saw inside that that room was very damaged and a stray cat was apparently living inside. My son is someone who is usually fearless, and being in that room made him feel so unsafe that he had an anxiety/panic attack and feared for his safety. He tried to look up other hotels nearby and the wi-fi at the hotel wasn't working at the time, either. After being in the room less than 15 minutes, my son Adam went to the front desk at around 12:10 at night and asked for a refund, but the young woman at the desk said she was new and didn't know how to process that. He immediately checked out anyway and went to a different hotel two blocks away. The OYO main branch insisted they could not authorize a refund without first speaking with the people at the Adairsville hotel. The Adairsville hotel was, as I said, uncontactable, even by their own main headquarters, so even though they at first said they'd do right by us, they denied the refund. I have no idea if this what we can expect at other OYO properties...this was the first time any of my family had stayed at one...but I would scream at anyone who was thinking of staying at the Adairsville property to NOT DO SO.

New name, still shabby Stayed at this location on the night of Saturday April 13th. We arrived late in the evening. We needed a pet room. We were given a room towards the interior of the property. A bit of a walk outside from our car. The key would not work to open the door. Second key would not work. Office girl came with third key that did not work. Fourth key got the door open. To a very old looking shabby room. With old well worn furniture. Someone seriously needs to go to Walmart and buy some pillows. If we wouldn't have been so exhausted from the trip around Atlanta. We would of left.

Just say NO This hotel was over priced for the what we received. Even though the room was clean, the carpet was ripped, paint was peeling and the decor was very outdated. This hotel was advertised as free breakfast. This was a joke! They had coffee, no juice, and one lonely biscuit with NO gravy. We are frequent travelers and this was the worst free breakfast ever. Needless to say our breakfast wasn’t free as we had to walk next door to purchase a real breakfast.
