Loosing Quality The staff from Starbucks, the front desk were the best! Paola so kind and professional was also so nice! But the F&B were great but I’ve saw them more attentious and kind in the last stays. My overall opinion is that you’re loosing quality in services and customer care. Maybe next time things will be better cause our stay was after the Feria de San Marcos.

Excellent experience of Mexican breakfast In breakfast provided as buffet, not only normal European/American meal, I experienced many different kind of excellent Mexican meals available including soups. And service is also good in restaurant and cleaning even though the facility is old.

Mexican Rivera My friend and I stayed here on one of our overnights in Aguascalientes and we felt that we were in paradise. The front desk area had a classy feel, the rooms looked quaint, and the bathrooms reminded me of the ones you find at the Ritz Carlton. The location was great because there were many local vendors selling goods and food to the tourists and they were also trying to teach us how to salsa dance (el bailar). I ended up having dinner (la cena) and breakfast (el desayuno) there.

Fabulous location I would like to comment on the fiesta Americana at Wisconsis as the perfect location to walk and visit this beautiful very clean and safe city. The staff was attentive to any and all of our needs knowing ahead of time what our next request is. We enjoyed bar at the hotel where axle Took extreme care of us making sure we had exact food orders fulfilled as well as providing a beautiful ambience overlooking the patios water fountain. Pilar worked at the restaurant across the way make sure the food was always prepared exquisitely and displayed in a beautiful fashion. Bottom line the food was always excellent. It Doesn’t stop there … the concierge Alfredo Make sure we had a private car and guy to take us to the local vineyards that were remarkable and beautiful! Eduardo the bell boy at the front desk also made sure we were provided directions on where to go and what places to eat at. All in all it was a splendid vacation and the staff at the fiesta americana made it even more special thank you all for making us feel so special and taking good care of us

Has to be the best hotel in Aguascalientes! I believe this hotel has to be the best in the city. The hotel was sparkling clean. The staff was really helpful. The bar and restaurant were both great. The pool area was huge and well designed. I really enjoyed my stay!
