Amazing Service I recently relocated back to Ohio and need a place to stay for an extended time. I knew this was not a 5-star hotel so I was not expecting it. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find wonderful service by two people especially in the form of the manager, Harry, and the account manager, Emily. They put the "Customer" in Customer Service. They both go out of the way to extend kindness and ensure every need is taken care of. Also, they have two married couples, who I absolutely love who are housekeeper. Unfortunately, I am still waiting on my home building situation to be handle. However, in the meantime, these wonderful people are helping me to feel like home in this place. I highly recommend asking for Harry or Emily when you come to stay. Tell them Charlotte sent you.

adequate The beds were comfortable. the room was fairly clean it was fairly quiet. breakfast was adequate bagels oatmeal waffles coffee was okay and you were able to get it at any time which was nice because there was no coffee makers in the room. but overall it was a great place for the price

Definitely worth the stay Staff is super friendly and professional!!! Breakfast selection good Lounge/dining area cozy!! Fitness center met expectation. Rooms met expectations.Many restaurants options available in the area. Located right off the main street with a traffic light.

Not what I expected for a Baymont Hotel . The motel was a little off when we got there didn’t get assistance for about 10 minutes,,no desk clerk at 1st ,motel had a faul smell when you enter the building, breakfast was not like other Baymonts we had stay at , it was a super8 ,motel 6 kinds breakfast, didn’t seem safe outside,all though the room was great size, had a jacuzzi tub which was awesome, the could do a better job on cleaning the floor , our socks were black from walking on it. Bed was ok

Ohio road trip We were satisfied with the Baymont. Staff was friendly and met our needs. The cost of the stay was within our budget and had plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy to get on and off the highway. The only issue we had was breakfast. Kids would love it. It would have been nice to have regular oats or maple brown sugar packets available.
