Good value I've stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice. The location is convenient. Wolf Road. where it is located is a very commercial street with many eateries and other businesses which may prove to be useful. Nothing fancy, but more than adequate. I recommend.

Didn’t feel Safe… Room was OK, just OK, but it ends there. As we entered there was a drugged out couple fighting outside their room. Many other questionable looking individuals standing outside their rooms smoking. We made our way past them and then passed many rooms along the route to ours which reaped of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a smoke free hotel. Looked to be many locals living there as there were signs of people living there full time everywhere (trash and personal items scattered about the walkways). Made it to our room on the 3rd floor, had to climb 2 flights of stairs. As I said the room was ok. Mostly clean except for a very dirty floor. Room had some updates but…. Layed down to watch a little TV before bed only to find there were only 5 channels to choose from. 3 were in a foreign language! We didn’t leave our room after we got there. Wasn’t sure it was safe to. Pay a little more and go somewhere else you’ll be glad you did.

No regard for confirmed reservations! I wanted to say zero. Scammed people during eclipse. Overbooked room we confirmed and paid for! Turned us away and had the audacity to still bill us. We will be challenging this bill! Rude staff who blamed anyone but themselves. I see why the rating is so low! Stay away! Had to find another hotel at midnight.

Go anywhere else. Unsafe, unclean, horrible. Horrible stay. Unsafe...An out of control, all night party, starting at 1.1.00 PM, in the neighboring room spilled out into the open air walkway, culminating in the police being called twice and a party-goer collapsing and slumping against our door at 4.10 AM making it impossible to leave. Hallways, stairwells, and room unclean - worn, dated, and littered wtih trash. To their credit, the front desk tried to intervene and worked to refund our money for the second night.

Watch for 3rd parties posing as Hotel Agents on hotel Websites- Red Roof get your Act together!! No distinction between the number for Red Roof and the 3rd party Sales on the website. Room booked for quad had one king bed. No refund due to deception of 3rd party agent on red roof website. I ended up sleeping on 2 chairs that night until i was able to get into a room at the Marriott Hotel. NEVER AGAIN RED ROOF!!!
