Great place with great people. Dog approved I was just at this hotel with my dog and had a great experience. The free parking was convinient, and the staff were really friendly. The gym isnt talked about as much but its definitely something to check out and its great if you dont want to go to an actual gym!!!

Hell probably has better accommodations I had to change rooms three times while here. The first room smelled like urine; the second smelled like cigarettes and weed, and had stains on the pillows; and the third was the better room, but not by much. The floors were sticky and the sheets felt like sandpaper. The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the air conditioner was loud enough to cancel out the noise in the hallway and outside.

Avoid this place, total crackhouse experience Smells like a dumpster full of cigarette butts with cheap perfume poured over it. Every surface is filthy there are vagrants camping just outside of the parking lot, broken outlets, burnt counter tops, a fuse box with a broken down door (expediently glued shut poorly? ), stains on the carpet everywhere. Front doors are severely damaged and scuffed up, front lobby badly needed to be vacuumed, entire second floor hallway had a garbage can, chain smoking, and urine odor. People were definitely smoking in the elevators and halls unchecked. We requested a nonsmoking room, smelled like an ash tray and concentrated odor remover. Overwhelming odor. Made us feel disgusting just being there, just greasy. Front desk guy told us to "never leave anything in your car! Nothing valuable! Ever!" He was very excited when he told us this, made it sound like break-ins happen daily. We booked online and expected a normal hotel room for a couple days, we didn't last 20 minutes before leaving. I've only ever seen a worse hotel once in my life. Owners need to vacate and burn this place down.

No hospitality at the hotel just north of hell The room had a musty moldy smell which the guy at the front desk said was due to the AC. He came into the room to spray it. The next day, the smell returned. The room had a desk but no chair. When I complained, he said he’d get one tomorrow. But the next day, there was still no chair. The paint on the bathroom door was chipped and the paint job itself was poor. The sink had no stopper. The cupboard was bare even though the suite contained a kitchen. Even if one were to borrow stuff from the hotel, who would want to cradle pots pans and utensils in their arms to haul to the room? It all started poorly when the guy at the desk told me they had given away my deluxe room because the hotel was overbooked. When I asked if I was going to get the deluxe the next day, he said I’d have to ask the front desk person in duty the next day. When I asked him to put in the request, he said it would be more effective if I were to ask because the desk would be more apt to listen to me. The next day, there were no breakfast items in the lobby despite advertising breakfast. The person at the desk’s morning shift said, “ We ran out of food yesterday. “ He offered no apologies. I asked when the food would come in he said he didn’t know. When I later complained about this to the person on the night shift, he said the other guy was just being “lazy.” Oh, and the nearest train station is a 30’ walk away. Not convenient location unless you have a vehicle.
