Quiet, clean, and good breakfast The photos don’t show that it’s right next to a Waffle House lol but most importantly it’s quiet. There’s a lot of smoke downstairs (might be the smoking floor?) but we were on floor 2. Room was clean, bathroom was clean, both smelled FRESH. I booked everything through the IHG app. When it said let’s were ready they were. Front desk visit was brief but informative so that was cool. My bathroom was missing a shower curtain but I asked housekeeping for one and they got it immediately so that was quickly resolved. Close to the highway (GA-400) and Northpoint Mall. Not often you’ll find a rate at a good hotel for under $100 but this one was legit. Also, breakfast was perfect. Eggs, two types of sausage, pancakes, waffles, muffins, bagels, and their water/coffee was available all day. I’d stay again.

Terrible Management, violated ADA laws Michelle Ryans is the most incompetent general manager. Her level of stupidity shows and her kids should be embarrassed staying at the hotel and having her as a mother. She clearly violated ADA regulations trying to charge me the last of my 21 days (condo flood) here for service animals and threaten, intimidate, and scare but I am smarter than she will ever be. At this rate, she probably has to treat me like a tenant and has to do the formal eviction process but I won't escalate it to that. She and the Asian female owner knocked on my door 22 hours until final check out and ran away to intentionally get my dog to bark but didn't want to talk to me when I answered the door since I was in the room. Michelle called from the front desk saying I must pay even though I had this talk with her the first day I checked in and a pet fee was never collected due to mention service animals. She claim there was a noise complaint which I know was false as I was with the dog and the dog barked with THEY knocked and ditched. Michelle constantly harassed my 3rd party for payment and me and even called on her personal phone number over $150 when I'm going to check out within hours. I told her I can completely move out, and she states they won't allow me in my room without paying the pet fee to retrieve all items and dog food etc. I said that is not right since I paid for the hotel room for the night but just refused pet fees due to ADA as a female military veteran. I told her I would need to collect my items or I'll have to call the police. She claimed she already called the police which is laughable because what are they going to do? Is this review worth over $150 for a disable person and military veteran? She claim there is service dog registration number which I told her there is NO SUCH THING according to the ADA. She also claim the person who was on staff who was present when I walked by with the dogs probably won't have her job which is a joke because they are so short staff they cannot fire anyone right now since Michelle Ryans actually told me that the first day. The key still works to get into the building, just not the room. Then the receptionist says they'll open the door to retrieve items but I'll have to leave. Had to prop the door open to come back loading my car. Totally took my time, slept, came back for free breakfast because I paid for the hotel stay and was cordial about the whole thing. I feel sorry for all the good employees working under a very very bad, slow in the head manager and cheap Asian owners (who are a couple) who want to nickle and dime their long term guests by violating ADA laws on their final day. I wouldn't be surprised she got the job because nobody wanted it. I don't care if you been up since 5:45 and to your manager hotel room at 9:30 AM since I didn't force you to overwork. It is true you won't get daily housekeeping even without dogs. There isn't bacon served anymore because the owners are cheap. There was a time I noticed no Greek yogurt and I asked the breakfast attendant and the owners refused to other enough with the General Manager is gone. During my tenure, I seen at least one housekeeper not return. IHG seriously needs to take away this franchise from these owners. It is bad customer service for an IHG brand.

Great visit. Friendly staff. The front desk staff is awesome. I was greeted by a very friendly person as soon as I walked in the door. The morning desk clerk, Alexus, was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The hotel is right off the highway and easy to get to. There are gas stations and restaurants very close by. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t stay here, many options in the area. There is nothing worse in a hotel than a dirty hotel. Their excuse: short staffed. The reality, their actitud says: we don’t care. At check in, didn’t offer welcome points, didn’t greet as platinum member, barely said welcome. We arrived to the room, and could see a dirty bed cover, not working safe, and lack of maintenance. Got to breakfast in the morning, ran out of pancakes, cinnamon buns, took them more than 10 minutes to refill eggs. 8:45, breakfast was till 9:30. Was it crowded? No, regular saturday with people, not an empty room, a very small breakfast room by the way. Complained about the room, and a clogged toilet. This was taken care during breakfast. Got back 10 pm. Room not cleaned, hallway to the room, with bags of trash, cereal in the floor, very dirty. Complain again… answer: we might be short staffed, maybe cleaning didn’t came today. The rest or our party, got here a day earlier. 2 days in a row no cleaning. I’ve been to many HIExpress in different countries. By far the worse.
