Nightmare - do not stay at this hotel This has been the absolute most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I would give a zero. After check in as we approached our door there was pile of dog poop left outside of it. This is a pet friendly hotel and clean up was non existent. Our room had a heavy smell of SMOKE from and old broken down fireplace & cigarettes. There was no air refresher or fabric spray that could remove the smell or provide temporary relief. My lungs were irritated. The room was filthy upon check in to the point I cleaned the entire room and purchased cleaning supplies. The furniture is old, and warn, the curtains drapes are broken and have burn holes. The bedding had hair from the previous guest or maid. The bed skirt was pulled and ripped. My god the bathroom had previous guests hair on the ceiling and some in the towels. Grout is filthy and the popcorn ceiling was failing down. Do not stay - warning!! Absolute DUMP we were in building 5!!! Sold out no rooms to switch too. Was there for an event with a team could not leave. The carpet is completely stained. There are no clean towels or cleaning service that comes into the room, we were asked to physically bring our dirty towels to the front desk lobby and empty trash. The kitchenette was filthy and gross. We did not use anything but the refrigerator and I cleaned the food off the shelves before use. Do not stay at this hotel not worth your money!!!!! All of our personal belongings smell like smoke, including the suitcases. Absolute horror!!!!

High cost to value ratio! A pleasant little residence for a few nights. The room was more like a one bed apartment. Everything was relatively small; kitchenette, balcony, bed, etc but everything worked, was comfortable and the aircon was fierce!! We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the quality of food but there is a small shop at reception selling chips, candy and drinks if required. A few restaurants in walking distance and 10 mins in a cab to main shopping areas. We had limited interaction with the staff but they seemed friendly enough and helpful. For the price and the fact we literally slept and showered there, it was good value and pleasant

A small 2 bedroom suite that felt unclean and smelled of stale cigarettes. We had a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. Check in was easy. The room smelled of stale cigarettes the entire time. The cabinets had 1 spoon and 1 bowl. My husband asked at the front desk for a hairdryer and the kind woman working the front desk went to 7 rooms and then came to our room with a hairdryer. The hotel was quite full and the there was noise coming from the room above and the room next to us most of the nights. People regularly smoked on the steps outside of our room (which may have caused the room to smell like cigarettes), however the stale smell never left the room.

Great place to stay for your home away from home feel This is my go to place anytime I’m in the area. I can’t say enough good about the rooms, safety and great staff. I’ve never had a terrible experience here and they go out of the way to make your feel at home. On my last trip I had an issue with workers that were on site working…one of the workers were extremely loud while on his phone. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk and experienced a shun from this person, stating they had to be there. Not sure she is this locations newest hire or just hasn’t been broken in at the moment. Her lack of concern really struck me but I will be sure to mention it to some of the other staff who always go out of the way. That’s the only problem I have ever experienced with all of my stays here. Home away from home.

"Proceed with Caution" The property is decent, and the location is nice. It is walkable with lots of restaurants, but an excessive amount of traffic. My stay at this location was tainted by several issues. The first, their website states that Travel Pass members receive discounts and cheaper rates. They email you these "so called" discounts promoting 30%, off, etc. However, their rates are HIGHER for Travel Pass members than they are for non-Travel Pass members? Moreover, their rates are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than Travelocity, Expedia, etc. Lastly, my room is off the back of one of the buildings and the building across from where I am staying has an individual and or individuals who appear to be selling drugs. I have witnessed cars constantly coming and going in the very early hours of the morning. A guy comes out of the building as a car is pulling up, he leans into the window handing off "something" and receives cash. He turns and counts the cash as he goes back into his hotel room. OMG
