Overpriced & outdated We booked this hotel to stay while we attended a family reunion. We have stayed there in the past, so we decided to stay again for this reunion. For the most part everything was ok. This hotel is becoming dated as it was a former Holiday Inn Holidome. Our room faced the east side and when the sun came up, our AC could not keep up with all the heat generated from the sun & the glass windows. Luckily when the sun moved, things cooled off quickly. Also, while we were at the reunion we expected our room to be tidied or at the very least our beds be made up. (We did not have the placard on the outside of the outer door ) This did not happen. You can imagine our disappointment when we got back and our room was still in disarray. At the prices they are charging, this was a MAJOR disappointment.

Looks can be deceiving When you come into the hotel, it has a grand entrance so I assumed that our rooms would be just as good. However, the rooms were stale and smelly, and we could not operate the air conditioning system so we froze all night because we could not turn the air off. The shower was not the cleanest, and they did not give us enough towels for all of our guest. The hotel makes you leave a $100 deposit in addition to an overpriced $125 room. However, the breakfast in the morning was very good over all the staff is nice. I just think that for this to have been a premier hotel you don’t get what you paid for!

Convenient for meeting, not fully handicap room Handicap room needs to be re-designed with a person in a wheelchair (and other person on walker) in mind - space was TIGHT (moved 1 table to adjoining room to get wheelchair into bed area), sink too high, toilet low, roll in shower had no seat to transfer to, door to room was not centered in frame, so very hard to open/shut. Poor rating due to handicap room issues, rest of experience was average.

Ehh You get what you pay for…. Stiff beds, they don’t have extra anything( we were offered extra sheets in place of a blanket for the pull out couch, and no extra towels for the pool in the evening). Powdered eggs for breakfast and the whole place was just in really rough shape. Only reason we stayed there was for a family reunion and would choose other options if we could.
