Cross this Hotel off you Bucket List Garbage and Terribley managed. The housekeeping in the hotel is atrocious, for starters they hardly have any housekeepers. Refusal to pay adequate wages and bad management is a recipe for disaster at a low budget hotel like this. Outdated and musty smelling rooms but the kicker was when we returned to our rooms one evening there was signs in the elevator notifying us that some company would be performing heating and air maintenance on our units starting......you guessed it, that day! There was no prior notice or warning that we would have people in our rooms while we wasn't there and around our valuables. They do not have DND signs. The process was a 30 mins job each room. So for 30 mins. we had several men in our rooms that could ramble through our belongings unimpeded and we had no say so because they waited for everyone to leave that morning before they placed the signs up. The big hose that they drugged from the hallway had to be dirty because my bed had dirt marks across the edge of the sheets. My room was dusty from all the compress air that they used to blow out the air units. There's no excuse for this.

Good location, average property This hotel is located about 300 meters from I 40 on one side and about the same distance towards US Route 66 on the other side. Though not far from the highway, it’s in a quiet area. There are plenty of dining options like Longhorn Steak House, Logan’s Road house, Saltgrass Steakhouse, Kabuki Romanza (Japanese), Chuy’s (Mexican) and many more by the I40 frontage road and not far from the hotel. Room had an open kitchen equipped with a big refrigerator, electric stove, micro wave and ample storing space. Dinner plates and cutlery were provided on request. It was well furnished with an office desk and chair, a leather couch and corner tables. Other amenities included a flat screen TV, telephone, alarm clock, iron box, free Wi-Fi, toiletries etc. Hotel had a coin laundry on the ground floor. There is free on site parking. Breakfast was included in the booking, but, it was truly disappointing with some cereals, muffins and coffee/tea kept near the reception. Unless, you come early, you will get only coffee and there is no one to refill. There is a vending machine for snacks and drinks next to the reception. The front desk service was very poor. Most of the time, you don’t find anyone at the reception and the staff were not at all professional and hardly smiled. Notwithstanding the poor breakfast and front desk, overall, the stay was satisfactory. The place is perfect for a night’s stay as it is in a quiet area and very close to I 40 and US Route 66

Great Extended Stay America!! Convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable with great soundproofing. I had gotten sick the first night and the desk clerk called an ambulance to take me to the hospital for treatment of severe heartburn and elevated blood pressure, then was returned to the hotel a few hours later to continue my stay. Also liked the excellent wi-fi service and free breakfast. Rate was a fair price. Will definitely return!!

This company has no morals or compassion! If I could give zero stars I would. I have never ever been treated so poorly in my life. This hotel was available on the Hopper app. I booked my night while on the road after being in the car for 16 hours, having a two hour delay because of a tire issue that cost over $700 to repair. I was tired booked this Via the hopper app at 11:30 in the evening, there was not any indication that I would have to be there before midnight to be able to check in. So they would not allow me to check in, I reached out to Hopper to try to get my money back as I was not given the service I paid for. Mind you it was less then $50. I had to pay $5 to be able to speak with a rep after two hours in chat with them. It was now after 2 am I let them know I was going to have to sleep. They stated that they would continue to work with the hotel to get my money back. I woke up in the morning to a message from Hopper saying the hotel refused to give me a refund. Honestly it’s the right thing to do. restaurants stop taking orders at a specific time when they are not going to be able to fill the order. This hotel should also do the same and at the very least refund my money. I am appalled that a business operates this way. Not only would they not allow me to stay there, they put me in a situation that it was already after midnight and I had trouble finding a place to stay. My heart hurts that there are places like this with so little compassion!
