Horrible horrible horrible Absolute dump is how I described it to my friends ( well not really - Tripadvisor made me change the word s**thole) 959990559 Horrible Dirty Broken coffee machine that hadn’t been cleaned either Broken windows around the site Advertised pool was closed and filthy area Breakfast was a no no as all containers empty when we got there Felt very unsafe here Avoid this place !

Lots of little issues Lots of little issues, several light bulbs missing, pool looked beautiful but closed for unknown reason, lots of wear and tear, not really clean, sheets and blanket very thin, elevator not working, back door to outside entrance was not secure, actually wide open. Just seemed like a bit of a mess overall

AVOID!!! PLEASE AVOID!!! Stains all over the room, an item left in the shower, a hair dryer with a melted cord. When we asked for a hair dryer that is safe, we were told that we had to wait for maintenance to get there at 9am (we left at 4:30am after a miserable night including flea bites). BTW the "No pet fees" just means that the cost is in the price of the room. Another customer told us that his charge was $20 ish less than we were charged. I gave RR the opportunity to rectify the situation but was stone walled at every turn. Manager Bobbie will not return calls even when Red Roof Customer Service has called her. Customer service will tell you that they cannot find your reservation even with the confirmation number. They will take your "Official Complaint" then NOT call you back after 48 hours.

BAD, BAD, BAD EXPERIENCE I had the worst hotel experience at this hotel. Black curly hairs in the shower and sink and no shampoo or soap. Next morning there was not hot water. Manager, Bonnie Davis, was supposed to call me but 2 days later she has not. Terrible experience.

A favorite place to stay Great pet friendly hotel! Lots of grass for your dog, dog bags provided. Plus there is an open area behind the hotel. Most comfortable bed and comforter! Excellent location. Very inexpensive. Friendly staff. Had I not previously made reservations at my next stop, I would have stayed an extra night.
