A Decent Night's Rest While on vacation, a thunderstorm forced a friend and I to alter our plans of camping in this area for the night. I booked a room for one night here. The hotel looked to be in pretty good condition on the outside. The room was clean; the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was in good condition. The employees we encountered seemed to be nice enough.

You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep on our way home. I prepaid, but check in took way longer than it should have. The beds are very firm. There are no healthy choices at the breakfast. The mechanism to operate the shower is unusual so look for signs explaining how.

Filthy property! A very filthy property! Upon arrival I glanced at the tub and it’s missing a whole area of porcelain. When I got up in the morning to take a shower there were two big clumps of hair. I showed photos to the front desk person on duty. She just stared at me and then typed on her phone. Seconds later she rudely said there’s nothing that can be done.

quick stay bigger pillows or more pillows seal window units cold air and snow coming through offer the staff was awesome and very nice would stay again if needed a place to stay in Ames liked the room very clean

Stayed in town because of snow I was very satisfied with the room and the staff were nice! The room was clean, nice and fresh!Only bad thing was the sidewalks needed ice melt, other than that I would stay again! Very happy about my stay
