Good I was nervous to stay here because of all the negative reviews. But due to pretty much else being booked up it was one of my only options. Everything was pretty clean and nice. Just a standard hotel in my opinion. The only cons I saw with it is the bed was terrible( but after all day at disneyland I didn't care what I slept on), the carpets where a little old, and the water didn't get very hot. But besides that I was happy with it. It was only about 20 minutes to walk to disneyland. I would stay here again

Ehhh.... This hotel was ok... We had very few options and for the price, this hotel was fine if you have mediocre standards. First thing you must know is they have no cribs... I do not know why. We had to go out and buy a pack-n-play for our stay. They need to at least invest in a pack-n-play. They did have suites, which was great for a family. They also had a kitchenette and supplies, which was nice also. I read somewhere that the hotel was built in 2004, so I'm not sure why it is so rundown. The first room we got was TERRIBLE! The garbage disposal didn't work so the sink stunk bad! The bed in the living area was right next to the A/C so my husband had to sleep on the couch because it was too cold for him in bed. Also, the bed had divots where other people had slept. It was pretty uncomfotable. Needless to say, it was a terrible night! The next morning I reported the issues and they were quick to switch me to a different room that was much better - not great, but better.

I didn't know it could be so bad. We booked this hotel blindly through Hotwire, but Greenwood has a good reputation so initially I was pleased. After checking in we took the elevator up to our floor and found the hallway carpet filthy and smeared in several places with some sort of cream (which was still there when we checked out). The floors in our room were sticky and grimy. The sheets on both beds were stained. The towels were threadbare and stained. There was a coffee maker, but it was the kind that requires a funnel shaped liner and loose coffee. The room was stocked with round, single use coffee packets designed for a completely different, smaller machine. The light switch plate was cracked and broken. There was mold and grime in every corner of the bathroom. On the bathroom wall there was a dried, crusty substance that looked like a past guest had picked his/her nose and wiped it on the wall in several places. In short, it was the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in, and no where near the cheapest.

good staff, good hotel I enjoyed my stay, and my kids felt at home. The only problem I had was the sink, and it was fixed the next day. Always go with your toiletries, do not rely on the one provided my the hotel, they do not have good ones. Apart from that I enjoyed the service and my stay was very good.

Not That Bad.. Hotel was OK, yes the recliner sucked, the TV didn't get to many channels, but the room was OK, we were there 3 days for the Disney marathon, i was pretty much stuck with this hotel because i purchased on hotwire not knowing what hotel i would get, once we got there we got charged 4.00 a day parking and 4.00 resort fee, ohh well... the room wasn't bad, bathroom was pretty big, has dishes but I wouldn't use hotel dishes anyway, has a little kitchenette, big refrigerator and microwave, for must of us, its just a place to stay, I wouldn't mind staying here again, its no Beverly Wilshire, but its not the worst I've stayed in either. Disneyland is where the fun starts, I paid about 225 for 3 nights for labor day weekend through hotwire,
