Family fun Oogie boogie stay for a couple of days. The rooms were big the beds were very comfortable. They have room service. It’s a fifteenth minute walk to park. We used Uber when our feet were sore. It was 6 to 15 bucks. The Starbucks was great for us. It’s older but the renovation is coming along.

A very tired hotel close to Disneyland This hotel is very tired and the staff know it. They have scheduled a refit which starts immediately but I think it will take some time before it is back to Hilton standard. Apparently the hotel initially opened for the LA Olympics in 1984 and I don’t think much has been done since. On the plus side, it’s close to Disneyland. During our stay all the water was turned off from 11pm till 6am one night which isn’t great if returning late from the parks and there was no forewarning of this before our stay. Diamond status also means very little, although you do get $15 to use for food/beverage which we used at Starbucks. The Starbucks line takes about 30 minutes so get there early or send a family member to queue! Most of the Starbucks staff are unfriendly but a couple of them are nice. Hopefully this hotel will be transformed with the refit!

Old and shabby In serious need of renovation. Rooms are missing modern conveniences that are found in even budget motels. Bathroom was so tiny you could hardly close the door when using. Added 20% gratuity to a meal for two people. Would never stay there again.

Dissatisfied Dirty, run down Stained sheets & towels Might be understaffed as the quality of interaction was sub par at best. Was double charged for a breakfast that I was told was “fixed” Parking garage was cleanest part of the hotel. Also if your in a hurry hard pass on their Starbucks

Best Hotel for an Convention Center trips! If you're attending a convention center con or expo, then Hilton Anaheim is the best place to stay! The proximity can't be beat! Not to mention you're only a short walk away from Disneyland. Perfect if you're attending D23 Expo or any other con and want to enjoy Disneyland in the evenings or after the con! 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel for convenience alone, but I also recommend it due to the amenities, dining, and (another con plus) shipping options they provide.
