Disney good neighbor First, after making reservations about 5 months in advance, I called asking for a room on both the first floor and near the bus stop. The accommodated me for this I this was really appreciated. The suite was clean, not spotless, very comfortable for 2 people. Quiet! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was in a large area, well stock with the normal variety of items found in at Breakfast. Note: They only clean on the third day but if you need towels the front desk will provide with no questions asked.

Run away from this hotel, we were robbed I was robbed at this hotel on 05/05/25 They took 500 dollars from the safe in our room And this hotel did not give us any assistance The hotel manager Alejandra Anguiano did not even speak to us and did not give us any assistance. I did not see this person's face But I am taking the necessary measures with this hotel Because we were robbed and they did not solve the problem and did not even ignore us

An amazing experience. The bed is super comfy, the breakfast is very complete and plus we had a very nice time in the zone. This is a family friendly hotel, with all the necessities you need. The personal here was very kind, our thanks to Mario who helped us at the breakfast room.

Clean, spacious rooms, safe The best room ever! Tons of space, great breakfast, and everything was really clean. I love the palm trees outside and the outdoor breakfast seating area. The rooms got really dark because of the black out curtains, which helped us all sleep soundly.

Perfect place for a perfect weekend!! We were so grateful we got ungraded without charge cause the studio apartments were all filled. The room was so clean and cute and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Our waiter Mario was very kind and funny and made us laugh while he cleaned our table.
