Mediocre 3/5 Had much more of a motel vs hotel vibe. Front staff was a husband, child and his wife. Very unkept and slightly unnerving. The one elevator was sketchy. The bed was clean and comfortable but overall cleanliness was mediocre. Hot water and water pressure was good. Toiletries were agreeable. Weird mirror on wall by bed which felt uneasy. The heater/AC was stuck on. Could not turn off fan or adjust, completely broken. Parking was horrible. They had an unpaved “back lot” which people were loitering in when I arrived late.

Bugs problem We stayed in this hotel for one night at room 207, before Alaska cruise. Everything was OK until early next morning, we woke up and found many bedbugs! We were in a hurry to catch the morning train. I told the front desk about the bugs issue. Never heard from them. No apology. We have lots of trouble to clean up everything. I have bug bites mark on my arm, leg, and neck….

Poor customer service. Horrible experience at check out. Was told by front desk that we had not stayed there, when she was the same person that checked us in. Instead she should attempted to find the problem that she was making. Instead of arguing with us and raising her voice.

Near to the airport but not great This was the worst hotel of our trip to Alaska. Room was ok, bed ok but the room keys repeatedly didn’t work. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so the water went everywhere. There was a flashing message on the phone that wouldn’t go off. Wouldn’t stay there again

NASTY This place is very outdated and nasty. The elevator itself stunk so bad I had to hold my nose. The bedding I didn’t want to use or put near my face or mouth. Very disappointed!
