Need a vacuum Short and sweet. Beds were nice.. rooms were clean but no one ever seem to know what a vacuum was. Lobby and hall carpets are pretty filthy.. maybe time for a cleaning also. The color of the carpet is deceiving but.. yep its dirty. Man seems to be on his cell phone hiding behind a computer in the lobby.. when someone comes in they call him on their phone.. he gets the call and he doses jump.. to get them. BUT why not sit where you can see who comes in the door. Seems family run..all people were very nice here.

STOLE MY MONEY! DO NOT BOOK Staff lies to keep your money! This hotel claimed that we left our room a “hot mess” and kept our deposit. They said they would email me pictures of the “damages” to the room and almost a month later and still nothing. The lady on the phone told me we used too many towels (got 2 extra at the front desk) that the comforter and desk were burnt (didn’t smoke in the room) and we left the pull out couch out. They went as for to say they found a CRACK PIPE in the room while cleaning…this hotel and the staff is a JOKE. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!

Awful Like others have commented, awful customer service right from check-in. The woman at the desk was just downright rude and combative. As if that wasn’t enough, the elevator and room smelled terrible. I would have had a better night turning around and sleeping in my car. Stay away!!

Not ready for prime time Three receptacles not working: both in bathroom and the coffee bar. Shower door won’t stay closed. Not sloped properly. TV wall Mount half done, forgotten, or changed their mind. We would stay here again but these basics should be addressed and corrected immediately.

Rude staff The staff here is rude and unprofessional I highly doubt that they have been trained in customer service . I travel for work year round and have been everywhere including New York and lA this was my first experience with being treated rudely at a hotel there are many of us project supervisors on the road I will be recommending placing us in hotels with a professional courteous work staff.
