Cannot beat this place for the money. It's an older 1990's motel. Cinder block walls, not the best carpet, etc. It's affordable. The front of house staff is awesome. Everyone that I dealt with had amazing customer service skills. If I owned this hotel I'd keep the staff and maybe upgrade the floors and figure out how to wash the pillows.

If you have a reservation, CANCEL IT NOW !!! Do yourself or your family a favor. Drive a mile further to a safer place! The ads/photos, far from reality. Hotel rooms & exterior are poorly maintained. Dirty carpet, sheets & linens. Unsure if stains were body fluids or filth. AC/Heat was out. Sketchy folks in parking lot

No refund offered even though I was sick with COVID and could not stay there I contracted Covid and could not travel with my trainee because I was quarantined. I contacted Hotels.com to get a refund or cancel my room. They contacted the management at quality Inn and they refused to refund my money or cancel my reservation. I was there for unable to travel to that location and lost over $160 on the two rooms that I had booked. I will never ever stay at this place again. The management team there is completely unsympathetic regarding health problems. They were willing to jeopardize the guests in their hotel and their staff to my Covid infection. Shame on them.

Never Again The room was not recently renovated. Lots of crappy patch jobs and water damage in the bathroom. Lots of noisy contractors and sketchy people staying here. However, bed was fresh and comfortable. It’s a shame. It’s so close to Clemson University.

Very nice. This hotel has a nice courtyard and nice rooms. The staff has been very friendly and will work with you. The air conditioner in my room is the only complaint I have. It's noisy and doesn't really put out a lot of air. The air that does come out of it isn't very cool. The beds are comfortable and it's very convenient to a bunch of restaurants and shopping.
