Excellent customer service, clean rooms This hotel was extremely clean. The decor of the hotel was very pleasing. Customer service was exceptional. The rooms have hardwood floors and there’s very nice designer mirrors in the bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The employees were very personable and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised We were trying to find a room parents weekend at Clemson after an error with our original booking left us without a room at another property - This turned out to be clean and worked fine for our short trip this particular weekend!

Clean, budget friendly, great staff I stayed here during college move in week 8/2023, it was the only place that had rooms available. It was $90 a night, which is very budget friendly when comparing to others($150-300 a night). The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so you have to carry all your luggage upstairs; and that people are awake all through the night going up and down the hallway. So if you are a light sleeper, you may not get much sleep.

Can’t believe I stayed here… you shouldn’t either Service was excellent. That’s it. Other guests were rowdy/noisy all night. Yelling, singing, dogs barking, etc. There were multiple bugs were in the room that I had to kill. There was mold around the edge of the bathroom tub. On top of that, the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. There was also drug paraphernalia in the parking lot.

Hotel is okay for the price No elevator in hotel; breakfast is mediocre….bed was comfortable…..hotel was clean but hallway smelled like cigarette smoke …..okay for the price but will probably stay somewhere else during our next trip
