A Nice Return We stayed at this LaQuinta two years ago. When I knew we were returning to Boston, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It was clean and well kept. It was also next to a couple of restaurants so we could get something to eat after a long travel day without having to go some place in our car. The breakfast was as expected. The room was clean.

Good for an overnight but not much more Older property that needs a deep cleaning and some attention to detail. Our room was not clean - bathroom floor was gross and bottom of tub was obviously not cleaned properly. Hand prints all over doors and light switches. Body wash, shampoo/conditioner dispensers were missing completely. The bedding however was good and the bed comfortable, not soft but not super firm like some chains have gone to. Only one ice machine working for the whole hotel. Breakfast was in need of some fresh items - all of the bread products were stale. Coffee was good and staff was helpful and courteous to our group. There is a convenience store with a Dunkin only a few steps away so that was helpful.

Internet service very slow and unstable; hallway carpet very dirty and worn; guest elevator felt dingy I stayed here for 6 days and it was an extremely frustrating experience because the internet service was slow and unstable. I could not hold Zoom calls for work and even downloading emails sometimes was painfully slow. I reported the problem to the front desk, who told me that they couldn't do anything other than reporting it to the engineering staff the next day (but I never saw any improvement). Aside from the internet service problem, the hallway carpet felt very dirty and worn, and the main guest elevator felt dingy and under-maintained.

a okay hotel for a okay price! 3 stars. For my first trip travling all by myself, I'd say the hotel was just... okay. It was the cheapest price and closest to my friend whom I was visiting. And because of the price, I wasn't expecting anything grand, and I got what I paid for, the Hotel was pretty messy, but nothing I couldn't ignore, it was fine for what it was. The housekeeping was every 3 days, although they never stopped by my room at all, even when i took down the do not disturb signs and when I left the hotel for hours. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels, and trash piled up quickly. Although there was a coffee machine and a fridge to use, that was an added bonus. The front desk was helpful and kind. They helped me when I couldn't figure out how to use my key card and when it didn't work a few times. When I tried to extend my checkout time by a few hours, I got told no, which was understandable, and I didn't even end up needing it anyway. The other guests were fine. They left me alone but were kind enough to say good morning, mainly other families. Often quiet, especially in the mid day. But they did get rowdy and loud sometimes. There was a rat in my room around the second to last day of my stay at night. It didn't freak me out, and it left when I got up, but it did raise some health concerns. The power went out at some point because if a thunderstorm and many of the guests weren't informed of what to do. We were told to stay in our rooms and away from windows since there wasn't much the hotel could do. There were emergency lights, and the power came back on after an hour or two. My only problem with this is that everyone wasn't alerted or checked up on, and other guests would use this as an excuse to be loud outside and in the halls. Breakfast was free, which was great, I did like the eggs, but it was just sausage and eggs throughout my entire stay with all the sides they offered. So I wouldn't expect a big rotation of food like bacon or biscuits that are provided in bigger hotels. There's a convinet store and chilis nearby. The chilis was great and I regret not going there more often. But that's a review for them, not the hotel. Overall, it's pretty okay for what you're paying, but if you have the money to spare, I would recommend at least some where more cleaner.
