La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Angleton

Over priced Black mold, clear water damage old ac probably never had filters changed moist odor. Horrible internet and poor cell service so couldn't even use my own att network. The days I took do not disturb off door they never cleaned my room or changed sheets just gave me new towels.

Cleanliness The hotel was nice definitely will be coming back when I’m in town. The hotel desk clerk was very good she needs a raise. She welcome me with open arms

Failure of Hospitality The good: this property will soon have up to date theming of the La Quinta brand and will be nice. Check in staff - friendly and offered a cookie. Nice touch. The terrible: Due to the remodel in progress there is unfortunate crowding and limited breakfast space. This led to a complete failure of hospitality during my stay.  I was sitting and enjoying my coffee, not yet ready to make my breakfast plate.  I heard a woman ( a Karen, I first thought, speaking about me in hushed tones to a staff member ) The staff member then came and politely, but again, in a failure of hospitality, asked me to vacate the table in favor of someone else.  I felt completely unwelcomed and decided I would make my plate and take it to my room. As I was making my plate, the woman I previously heard speaking to the staff member approached me and said “ I see you finally decided to eat breakfast. " I was dumbfounded and stared at her in disbelief. She then asked me if I would like her to set my coffee back at the table, which I declined. Only at this point did I realize this woman who had directed staff to disinvite me from the table was a non uniformed manager, not a guest. I keep hoping in vain that one day Wyndham will live up to it's pledges of service, particularly towards it's Diamond Rewards members. I will avoid this hotel when I visit family in Angleton again. 

Very well maintained! I would come back for the breakfast. The eggs were perfect, bacon and sausage were cooked perfectly and a good quality. The biscuits were great. Everything was laid out well. It was fresh and clean, and the breakfast chef was attentive! Really ! I would come back for the breakfast! The facility improvements are top notch. I have stayed at this place a few times over the last decade, and the improvements really make this facility feel like a higher quality place.

Hotel Review Clean hotel but overpriced. Hotel located in small town with very little other hotel options. No special offers for VIP guests… only $10 discount. Would have liked a VIP discounted rate. My husband travels frequently and uses La Quinta and would have thought we could have gotten a better rate.
