Great Overnight Stay for Our Road Trip We rolled into Ann Arbor after a 10 hour day on the road and needed a room for the night. As a long-time road warrior, you look for a good value for the money. For us, there are several big parts of a hotel stay: Price, comfy bed, cleanliness, and hot water. The price was reasonable for the area, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and there was plenty of HOT water. These guys hit the mark. That said, the hotel itself is a bit dated, room furniture shows some wear. It could use some paint and TLC. The breakfast is pretty basic with eggo type waffles, fresh bagels, packaged muffins, coffee, milk, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and juice. My wife asked if I mentioned it was clean? I forgot to mention that the staff was friendly and engaged. All in All, we would stay here again.

Very rude and uncooperative staff Could not get an answer when trying to call. After many calls, I talked to a man that was rude and uncooperative. He would not pass my call to his superviser, saying i would have to call on a weekday (vs weekend) to maybe get a supervisor. He would not discuss changing reservation dates because it was my problem that I reserved though a 3rd party (Priceline) despite the dates wher a month away. Priceline agent and supervisor had the same difficulty getting through on the phone, the got the same "too bad, policy says no changes" I will not ever deal with this Quality Inn again.

This place sucks! Staff is rude! Pictures on the website are lies! This place is stained, filthy! Staff at the front must hate their job. not friendly. Refrigerator in room doesn’t work. I rented the suite and their was mold don the walls. No coffee pot microwave is gross! Not safe for a women to walk down to the pool. There is a metal door with no window in it leads to another door to the pool and there is a stairwell in that lil corridor. The doors lock but someone can come down those steps and no one would see them. I talked to 2 other guests who just checked in and were checking right out because the room had not been cleaned! I will never stay at another Quality Inn! I paid $149 a night to stay in a crap hole. Money non refundable . Here for 4 days! Yuck! Oh yeah and holes in towels!

If you stay here you are making a mistake! I have been a Choice Privilage member since the programs inception. I have never seen a Quality Inn in such a run down condition. I am angry at Choice for letting this kind of thing go and getting charged $100 for a sub-standard mess. Torn bed covers, mirror ripped off the door, paint missing, poorly repaired wall damage, cobwebs,an Ancients old waffle under the bed my dog found...need I go on. The room was not very clean carpet, walls, furniture and dust everywhere.

Nightmare Nightmare! They allow big dogs . Had big 100 lb pitbull barking all hours of the night . Then another couple was drunk arguing . Hallway smelled of pot and no curtain on window so I had parking lights coming into room . If I could give it a negative score I would.
