Do not stay here!!! The 7th layer of hell. I’m disgusted that this is allowed to be booked. Complete with blood stains and filthy beds.if someone wants to film an 80s horror movie, this is place. We ran across the street to the Regent and ate the booking fee that Expedia wouldn’t refund us

Terrible place to stay My stay was a total disaster. There were SIX serious issues: The room had bedbugs. The room's smoke detector was not on the wall; it was lying on the desk with no batteries. The TV had no remote. The bed had no blankets, and there were none in the room (we did not realize this until we went to bed). The kleenex holder was empty, and when I asked the front desk to remedy that, nothing happened. The door to the room had loose hinges and could not be closed without lifting hard to realign it, and then slamming the door. As you can see, some of these are serious safety or health issues. Furthermore, when I called the hotel to speak to a manager about it, they were entirely unresponsive for several months.

Stay somewhere else Pictures on internet are not accurate! Put you in a dirty room, flush toilet water leaks from bottom! Employees bang on doors at 10:15AM When check out is 11AM! At 10:45AM employees bath in and start cleaning room before you check out while you are trying to pack up!

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE PHOTOS-FILTHY-MOUSE INFESTED DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Upon checking into this hotel, we noticed the lobby was filthy. We asked to use the restroom which was out of order so we waited to use the one in our own room after checking in. We were then told the bathroom in our own room was out of order and that we would need to wait unti it was ready. While standing at the front desk, we noticed a mouse run across the hall way which was enough for me to know I could not stay in a hotel as disgusting as this. To top it off, an intoxicated guest who seemed like he lived there, walked into the lobby with an open bottle of booze that he was drinking from. It's a shame it carries the Wyndham name because it is not near the level of Wyndham hotels. While waiting, another customer complained that he had no towels, his room was dirty upon checking in and there was hair in his sink. Armadi, the front desk clerk immediately ran my credit card to ensure he received the full payment once he saw that we had second thoughts about staying. He told me I'd have to wait until Monday (two days later) to ask the hotel manager for the refund. It took 3 DAYS for someone at the front desk to finally answer the phone. Erik Temple, the hotel mgr would not issue a refund since I did not check in and physically enter the room. Why would I want to stay in a room without a working bathroom and after seeing a mouse in the filthy lobby???!?! To make matters worse, the hotel room costs were inflated to $300/night since it was grad weekend at Univ of Michigan. They will not refund this $668 transaction because I would not stay in their mouse-infested hotel. Oh and by the way, the hotel looks NOTHING like the photos in the description. Those were obviously taken from another hotel. Sliding patio screens and curtains were torn, furniture was sitting outside by people who actually lived at the hotel, abandoned cars in the parking lot with flat tires, and garbage sitting outside with overgrown lawn. This place is sketchy, as a female, I did not feel safe.

Aweful stay at Days Inn Ann Arbor, MI Do not stay here! Find another place to stay even at twice the price. The high room rate because of graduation was crazy high, and every aspect of cleanness was ignored. I would avoid this hotel at all cost. If you paid a $1 that would be be over paying. The folks working wer enice enough, but if there was a -20 rating for this stay, I would give it that. Cannot be said enough, terrible experience at the Days Inn Ann Arbor.
