Worst experience Room not clean. Hair from prior occupant in bathtub, sheets stained, breakfast not available as advertised, no coffee maker in room but there were coffee pods and supples, no soap in bathroom. Had dispensers in shower with shampoo and conditioner but soap was empty. Plus how do I know if they are even clean or sanitary? housekeepers walked in on me unannounced right after I got out of the shower well before checkout time. I will NOT Be back. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Checkout is 11 but all other hotels are noon…..

Avoid at all costs It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I had business in Brentwood, and this place was available at a good price. I went in knowing it was not a 5 star . Read some good and bad reviews but decided to try it. We arrived after a 6 hrs drive. As we were checking in the clerk, who was not in any hurry to help us, we asked to use the restroom facility while we waited for her to figure out the rooms availability We were told, "The guys out, and he left with the key," as she turned back to her computer, still trying to figure out if our room was available. After a 10 minute wait, I got lucky and ran into a friend who had already checked in, and I used the facility in his room. The clerk then followed a coworker into the elevator and was gone for 10 minutes, leaving no one at the front desk. After a half hour wait we finally got our room. The website said it would be ready at 2 pm. We arrived at 2:30 and got the room at 3 pm. The reviews of the rooms are correct. Cheap redo of old Days Inn room where it looks like the painter were given a time limit on each room. A child could have done a better job. The cheapest linoleum flooring fake pergo tiles. And tiny lumpy half size pillows. There was no hand soap, so we had to reach in the shower to use the liquid soap they provided on the wall. Breakfast was bare bones. No milk for cereal or bagels on one of the two days. In general, it's a very low-budget continental breakfast. We went out for breakfast. We had heard from locals not to leave any valuables in the car even though the clerk told us the cars would be safe. We arrived back at our hotel at 10 pm to hear the screaming of some crazy woman walking her bike. She came in the parking lot screaming and saying every expletive imaginable at the top of her lungs The night manager came out to observe her and finally escorted her our to the curb. We took everything in our car inside. I had to give it one star to post. It deserves none Avoid this place at all costs.

Avoid this location Avoid this location at all costs. Wyndham should be embarrassed by this facility. Wyndham check in begins at 2:00pm, this facility has a strict 3:00pm check in. I booked this trip on points, so ultimately my trip for two nights was “free”…. However, I have a charge for $71.54 on my credit card from this hotel. I’ve emailed them three times with zero response on how this will be resolved.

Recognize your regulars and give them a loyalty reward Loyalty, rewards, and saving electricity is the new idea in hotel or motel services. Maybe if the room has no guess the sensor cuts all the electricity in that room, or any agent will not open it and they have no access in the door or inside the room.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. Firstly, no one arrived at the desk at all the first 25 minutes we were there to check in . They were extremely useless and mean. I'm not knocking them for not allowing us to check in without my ID. I forgot it. My bad. But switching the reservation to my fiances name was a headache so we waited an hour to get it switched to my fiance. Then, we get up to our room. The pillows and sheets are filthy, sink is dripping, the toilets don't flush properly. We tries doordashing food and it came and we asked the front desk to get some utensils and they told us no not until morning like we were 5. When we were leaving I walked into the elevator with the maintenance who is also the front desk and he slammed the door to the elevator on my arm and said "yeah no elevator isn't working take the stairs" to which I just had surgery and can't carry anything and he didn't help. This place is the epitome of aweful. Do not stay here.
