It was ok Staff was very friendly. The room on surface level was nice. After closer inspection, not so much. Decor was nicely done, I enjoyed having space, bed was comfy, close to restaurants and shopping. Continental breakfast was good. Waffles, fruit, etc. The eggs and sausage were a little lack luster. Eggs were clearly not real. The downside. Could use better cleaning. Found pubic hair on toilet and random hair in the bathroom. The security latch was missing. As a solo female traveler, security is pretty important. Gym was closed (one of the reasons I settled on this hotel). This one is partially my fault as it didn't scrutinize the location before booking, but it backs up directly to the freeway. The hotel does not have good sound proofing so I heard loud traffic all night. Didn't get more than 3-4 hrs per night. Upon check in I was not told the gym was closed. Nor did the phone work in the room. Oh and final thing the shower felt like it was missing a door. It allowed for a drafty shower and water to escape on to the floor. If it weren't for the traffic noise I would stay here again because of the value.

Front desk is no help We asked the front desk about the breakfast and was told it would be there the next morning, but there was nothing but lousy coffee. We also had asked for a room not facing the freeway, and got a room closest to and facing the freeway, Also, no room clean up.

From Longbeach to Antioch Hell! Pros: it’s surrounded by places to shop and eat Room was average Basic place to sleep & shower Cons: this place is horrible, don’t stay here. It’s like “the spot” for the neighborhood. People coming and going all night. Someone knocked on my door at 2:47am, when my husband woke up to go to work it looked like someone had been sitting by our door eating McDonalds - I didn’t feel safe. Had to switch rooms because the 1st room reeked heavily of Marijuana

Worst Treatment By Staff! This is the worst customer service place ever! I was told disabled are to be placed in a certain area next to handicap parking. I was told to leave because my dog left her hairs on sheets and towels, and wood chips were left on the floor. My room had not been serviced since days of moving in. I was told that I would be charged $150 for cleaning the dog hairs. I was told that the sheets and towels had to be replaced because of the hairs. You would think I left a crime scene behind the way I was treated. This is a total violation of ADA rights. Being told that this is not Motel 6 was also meant to be an insult, but I was treated better at Motel 6.
