Front Desk!!! I was stuck in town for the day and the guest service manager Karen was super friendly and helpful during and after my stay since I was still stuck until my car was done. I would recommend this hotel and even stay here again if I am ever back in town again.

2 Story Hotel on a Busy Corner This was our 2nd time coming through Apex for business & stayed here for convenience. The hotel beds are comfortable & they offer ice cold lemon water in the lobby + a basic breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, cereals, fruit, packaged pastries, oatmeal packets etc. Unfortunately our 2nd story room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I did report it to our cheerful, efficient Front Desk Staff:Karen.

This is a very comfortable motel This is not the Ritz, but it is quite comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has enough space for all your toiletries and make-up. Our room had a nice lounge chair which was very much appreciated. The breakfast is much better than most motels as there are hot entrees like eggs and bacon or sausage, and an employee monitors and refills as needed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Not Understanding I have stayed here twice. Both times lights went out. First time something hit power lines and lights were out for and hr second time I understood high winds but I just feel they stayed out a little bit to long. They could clean the rooms a little better just pay attention a little more. Overall they stays have been ok

Not As Promised Before I made my reservation I called to inquire as to the availability of housekeeping and breakfast. I was informed there was daily housekeeping and breakfast was available. Upon checking in, we were informed housekeeping was only available every 3 days (we were staying 4 days), unless otherwise requested. We requested daily housekeeping. We were also informed breakfast was "on the go", which meant an orange and a danish. Not even a bottle of water. Juice was available by the cup but no lid to take it "on the go". HOWEVER, the room was clean and everyone at the front desk was very pleasant (especially Justin). The rooms were being renovated but again the work was during regular hours and there was basically no noise from the construction. It was very frustrating. Every evening when we returned I went down to the lobby to request towels and to AGAIN request daily housekeeping. I was informed it would be taken care of. On day 2 no cleaning and, again I requested towels. On day 3 no cleaning and again I requested towels. Finally, on day 4 , the room was cleaned and towels were provided. Very disappointed and the only reason I give it 2 stars was because of the front desk personnel.
