Great Experience ! Awesome staff !! Can not praise them enough. Breakfast lady was very helpful even with COVID restrictions she managed it very well. Front Desk staff- I guess we arrived when shift was changing so a lady and guy helped us and both were supper friendly and helpful. Nice and clean room.

DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE On multiple occasions, we interacted with the front desk customer service representatives. By far the worst trained human beings I've ever interacted with. For one: our group gathered in the middle of the day in the lobby to watch a baseball game - the gentleman working the desk abruptly approached us demanding our room numbers as if we came in off the street and we're planning to steal or damage things in the lobby. Secondly - later in the evening, we were gathering in the lobby to enjoy family and friends who traveled across country to join us during a regional baseball tournament. Kingsley, who was working the desk, approached us at midnight demanding we go back to our rooms because we were "disrupting his work." Excuse me? What're you doing at midnight other than watching the front door? He proceeded to call law enforcement to enforce us to either go to our rooms or be evicted. Later on, we went downstairs to grab two waters where Kingsley continued to be abrasive and rude. He then called law enforcement to evict us from our room at 2am while we were asleep. HERE'S the kicker. As the eviction is being carried we were told that Kingsley had received MULTIPLE complaints from nearby rooms of noise. WHY IN THE WORLD would he have not told us that. THAT would have made TOTAL sense.DUDE. We've ALL been there. BUT this is where we are. And per the GM we "need to learn how to treat people with respect". STONES WERE THROWN IN THE GLASS FAIRFIELD. We are Titanium Marriott members and will NOT be back. By far the worst experience we have had at any Marriott property we have visited.

Staff is awesome All I can say is if I owned a business that depended on customer service is I would hire Kayla ASAP. Chick FIla and Disney could learn from her!!!!! Dominaca and Angela are wonderful also. I feel that they care about their jobs and customers.

Wonderful place to stay! Kayla, who works the front desk, was extremely helpful and wonderful to my family. I had called the  Marriott Corporate office to modify my reservations to use my reward points. When corporate did not know how to make the change, Kayla immediately resolved the issue and helped us book a room with no problem.  Thank you, Kayla, for being extremely nice to weary travelers. The room was wonderful. This is an excellent hotel!

Tayla Tayla went above and beyond the call of duty. She is a true professional and made our stay great. She called to make sure that my husband could safely park his race car trailer. SHe is extremely nice!!!
