First time with the franchise and would return It was an overall decent stay. This location is close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We were in the city for a summit and most times got in late. There was always ample parking. One night it did get a little nosey but that was a Friday night. It is also a hotel that welcomes dogs, that is always a bonus. My pup enjoyed her stay, running around in the courtyard daily was something she looked forward to.

Digusting!! I wish I had read all the bad reviews before we booked our weekend stay. The hotel is so filthy I don’t understand anyone giving it more than one star . The carpet was just as described by everyone else that stayed there,”dirty, stained and terrible odor! “We found other peoples hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. The bad body odor was on everything. As though sheets and any fabric in the room had never been cleaned. There was actually balls of crud along the baseboard’s. True sign of never being fully cleaned .There was a disgusting scrum ring all over the tub . Mold on the shower curtain! It was all so awful I didn’t even care how tacky the so called free breakfast was. Never ever will we return there!!

Dirty and run down The first room they gave us was terrible. The carpet was covered in stains and the entire room, including the bedding, smelled strongly of body odor. When we spoke to the person at the front desk, we were given a new room which was much better. That was the only positive interaction we had with the staff. At other times they were either completely unhelpful or absent. The pool water was cloudy, there were piles of garbage in the halls, and the hotel is generally run down.

Shockinly Disgusting, Left Almost Immediately I stay in hotels all the time -- on average once a month for work or travel, and I've never seen a property so disgusting. Our room was so filthy that I wouldn't let my kids sit down anywhere or take off their shoes. It felt like a crime scene. The furniture was stained and destroyed. There was NO clean surface in the place and it stunk. Do not let their pictures fool you - it looks NOTHING like that. It's clear that this "hotel" is a flophouse - people live on the property full time and have camping chairs and garbage all over their "patios" (a dirt patch outside their sliding doors). We booked the room last minute because we needed somewhere to shower and get ready for a nearby show that was just a little too far from home, but after being in the room for less than an hour I opted just to pick up and leave and then get ready for our show in my car (on a nearly 100-degree day -- that was preferable over being in this gross room for another minute.) The only nice thing I can say is that the front desk staff was super nice, but I wouldn't have slept in one of their rooms if you paid me.
